Ehren Floyd
Ehren has 26 years of experience. He started his HVAC career in 1997. He joined Superheat & Cooling in December 2016 as an installer and service technician. He is a veteran who enjoys spending time with his kids and grandkids, fishing and being outdoors with his dog, Axel.

Dustin joined Superheat & Cooling in August 2017 as an installer and service technician. He enjoys playing pool and spending time with his family and friends.

Allen has 19 years of experience. He started his HVAC career in 2004 and he joined Superheat & Cooling in March 2021 as an installer and service technician. He enjoys hunting, fishing, and playing poker.
Ryan Winchell
Ryan joined Superheat & Cooling in September 2023. He recently graduated from Markesan High School. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his friends and fishing.
Garrett Heberer
Garrett is exploring the HVAC field while on a school to work program. We hope he continues his journey with us. In his free time he shows pigs at the Green Lake County Fair and enjoys duck hunting.
